Supergut Cinnamon Almond Shake Recipe

Combine Supergut’s blood sugar benefits with plant-powered protein and you’ve got quite the dynamic duo. Vegan, creamy, delicious, and packed with resistant starch, this shake will keep you coming back for more. More gut health benefits. More blood glucose benefits. More flavor.  

And adding cinnamon into our shakes will up the health factor a bit. Turns out, it also tastes really good when you pair it cinnamon with almond butter and vegan chocolate too. 

Time: 2 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Serving Supergut Chocolate or Supergut Vegan Chocolate
  • 12 oz – Unsweetened Almond Milk or Water
  • 2 Tbsp – Unsweetened Almond Butter
  • ½ tsp – Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup – Ice

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Expect thank you notes from your taste buds.
